Tenisha has overcome a series of life changing experiences at a young age, a sexual assault of her stepfather at the tender age of 6 years old, a harrowing divorce that left her emotionally disconnected, an initial breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 34, though the cancer was caught early at stage 0, and a reoccurrence of breast cancer 6 years later at stage 4. Tenisha has drawn upon her past repression of emotions to connect closer to her purpose. She is passionate and is on a mission to use her own journey to help others to embrace their true selves, ignite their inner strength and realize their true potential.
As the CEO of the Confident Women’s Alliance®, her firm’s courses, events, and results-based coaching & consulting programs equip overworked women leaders, influencers, and entrepreneurs, to use their emotions as POWER to put themselves first and have a fulfilled life on their own terms.
